"The resurgent vinyl market isn't showing any signs of slowing down. In fact, recent figures released by Nielsen Soundscan indicate that overall U.S. vinyl sales will once again set a benchmark in 2009, with sales up 50% through the first five months of the year."

Vinyl collections are complicated. For true music lovers, a digital library can be more easily stored, moved and accessed than any vinyl collection.
But its not cool! The obtaining process is homogenized, you don’t get to go anywhere to find your music, and there is no borrowing. In some cases, the ease of getting tracks over the internet results in an over load of what you actually want, thus flooding your music library with garbage. What do we do in these crazy times, download our music or get off the couch and go buy it?
(by the way : digital sales rose from 27.52 million last year to 33.2 million albums this year.)
if we could only download vinyl!
